Anger as a sign of separation.

We often feel anger when we have created a gap between the reality and our own illusion about the reality we live in. The gap is oftentimes a new development of an old, deep seated patterning, which is rooted in our childhood.

On Saturday we will immerse in the puberty phase of childhood - years 11-18. That's when as a growing child we were acquiring a new identity, separate from our parents/carers. These were turbulent times and if a child had little or no support of the loved ones, people with authority, people they trusted, then the transition will have posed many challenges and complications. Having to deal with challenges without guidance of elders makes very unstable foundation for years to come. We feel stuck in repeat having to revisit growing pains again and again.

Here's an example.

A young teenage girl wants to experiment with her looks, have a new hair colour, make up or clothing. Instead of supporting curiousity from her family members she is met with not only judgement, but often shaming and dominating pressure to comply. This kind of pressure is damaging for a young developing brain and nervous system, it leads to withdrawal and suppression of the natural flow of creativity and trying new things. In fear of being judged, misunderstood and ostriside the young girl decides to bottle it in. When the pressure builds over time and becomes unbearable she would most likely seek out other "helpful" things to keep the inner spark hidden well away.

Eating disorders, dangerous behaviour, self harming, addictions are a few easily accessible options. Does this sound familiar?

What we want to do is to release this pressure in a gentle way, so we don't carry the load unnecessary and feel lighter, happier and more creative in all aspects of our life.

We will reprogram damaging self beliefs and harmful patterns, so we can open up to more awareness, joy and love.

Come and let yourself fall back into the oneness during the workshop.

You will be glad you did. Regular Rebirthing workshops are held monthly. Please enquire directly.

One is happening on Saturday, visit here for details.
