What do I need to bring?

You will need a mat (sheepskin), blocks or cushions, blanket and a bottle of water ready for the practice.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

You may wish to light up a candle, incense and make sure that you will not be disturbed during this time, i.e turn off the phone, door bell etc. or simply delegate this things to someone else.

Make sure you have enough space to stretch up standing, stretch along the floor, as well as bringing arms out to the side.
