Dear Beloved Sangat, Kundalini Yoga was given to us by our master Yogi Bhajan, who in his time had to open these secret teachings, only available to Rajas and Kings, to the rest of humanity, so we could have a chance of coping and managing to live healthily and honourably through dark times of Kali Yug. In the beginning, the master used to teach us how to chant Long Ek Ong Kars each lesson he gave for the first year. This is an ancient sacred mantra which contains 8 syllabels that are said to be the master keys able to open any "doors" to wisdom and teachings of these times. Our practice will honour this gift and we will be chanting it for the maximum amount - 2,5 hours. This practice is available to participants of all levels, sitting in lotus pose on the floor or in the chair. No previous experience necessary. We hope you can make it.
