About the Journey
" THE 21 STAGES OF MEDITATION - A JOURNEY TO THE SELF "What kind of life do you want to live? How can you develop it? What approach and formula can we use so we can grow and not suffer? Make meditation the art of life. Make meditation the science of life. Because only with that, and that only can you develop intuition.” YB.
All who want to immerse themselves in a deeply transformative process are welcome.
There are three journeys, each of which has 7 stages, which take you through a process where you begin as you are and then steadily sharpen your consciousness, clear your mind and strengthen your body until you can realise YOU within you. This course takes you through all three journeys, giving you the opportunity to go deeper into your experience of your mind and your self.
The course takes you through all the stages of meditation from being upset to merging with the infinite pulse. Each stage is explained before the balancing meditation is experienced and the journeys build your practice of meditation in a beautifully measured process.
We are offering the course as an online experience over 3 weekends. You will need to create your own sacred meditation space so that you can practice undisturbed and if possible, remain centred during the breaks.
A schedule will be sent to you when you register so that you know when break times will be and you can plan accordingly.
Meditation is the key to enjoyment of life, to harnessing the power of the mind enabling you to navigate the pressures of life through heart centred neutrality rather than unconscious reaction.
