Description of Offering

Conscious birth preparation sessions with Amanjot. As an experienced and supportive instructor, I’ll guide you through this new challenge and help you connect with your baby in a deeper way. My classes are designed to prepare you for a mindful and empowered birth experience. Join me for a transformative journey towards motherhood. What will be included? + breath awareness; suitable postures (no inversions or head stands); + cultivating the peace of mind and calmness in any situations; + specific 3 min challenge to help you train your body how to “ride the wave” of sensations; + positive attitude and much more. Additionally you will recieve: 💜 access to YouTube playlist with over 20 pre-recorded sessions to choose from. 💜 WhatsApp chat to ask questions about anything related to pregnancy and postnatal, where we have other participants.
