All our classes are based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Four Yoga classes a week (in person and via Zoom):

 

Monday 8-9PM Kundalini Yoga

Saturday 8 -9:30AM Kundalini Yoga

Saturday 12noon - 1.30PM  Pregnancy Yoga

 

Sunday 9.30-10AM children class in Russian

 

Plus Reconnective healing sessions

Kundalini Yoga on Mondays

Our Most Popular Class

This class runs 8pm - 9pm (British time) weekly.

attendance in person and via Zoom 

 

Make sure you have enough space to stretch up standing, stretch along the floor, as well as bringing arms out to the side.

 

You will need a blanket and a bottle of water ready for the practice.

 

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. No need for Lycra :-)

 

Children are very welcome into the space, however be aware, they might disrupt your routine. It will not bother us too much as we can mute your mic :-)


£7 per class or £30 for 6 consecutive sessions.

Kundalini Yoga on Saturdays

In this one of a kind class we offer half an hour confidential check-ins in sharing circle before the yoga class (optional to each participant).

...Over the courses, I have laughed, cried, sometimes sweated (?!) but most importantly I have found an internal peace that is here to stay. Pregnancy Yoga

from 12 weeks gestation onwards

To accomodate the challenges in these uncertain times we added confidential checking-in circle for the participants.

 

The classes will run 12 - 1.30pm every Saturday.

"When recently asked what my saving grace of pregnancy has been so far, I instinctively answered that it was my weekly class with Amanjot. When I set out to look for a local pregnancy yoga class I was looking for a way to maintain some level of fitness during exercise, but was beyond thrilled when I got to my first class to discover that yes, it has assisted in keeping me flexible and physically well, but it has done so much more!! As a somewhat anxious expectant Mama, Amanjot has supported me physically, emotionally and spiritually. Her classes are totally unique; uplifting, personal, holistic, beautiful time to reflect, rehabilitate and rejuvenate the body and mind. I honestly don't know how I'd have got through without it!
